Ryanair Future Flyer Academy – Gateway 2

Candidates who have some previous flight experience can also join the Ryanair Mentored Programme and complete only its more advanced modules.
If you already possess a CPL(A) licence together with valid IR/ME and ME ratings (and have the UPRT course completed), you can join the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy at Gateway 2. The training will then consist mainly of an Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation course. Gateway 2 graduates get exclusive access to fast track recruitment at Ryanair.
The requirements for the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy Gateway 2 are:
- Hold a unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, UK or Morocco
- Minimum age – 18
- Have at least a secondary education diploma
- Hold a CPL(A) license
- Hold a valid MEP(L) rating
- Hold a valid IR(A) ME rating
- Have accomplished an advanced UPRT training
- Have completed the EASA ATPL(A) theoretical training
- Hold a valid EASA Class I medical certificate with no restrictions for IFR
- Have passed the English ICAO proficiency exam for a minimum level 4
- Reached the agreed standard in the Bartolini Air’s pilot aptitude assessment with a favorable result
- To be able to produce a criminal record check (CRC) basic disclosure certificate
5 995 EUR – Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation course
6 000 EUR – Boeing 737 Type Rating course with Buzz (the remaining 14 000 EUR is deducted from salary)
