Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation training
The Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation course (APS MCC) is the last stage of all Ryanair Future Flyer Academy courses and it is the same for all options. The APS MCC is an enhanced MCC training course conducted in a Boeing 737 simulator (FNPT II) and tailor-made for future Ryanair pilots. During the course you will study the Ryanair structure, operational CRM, flight and fuel planning together with the assessment scenarios. On top of that, you will be trained in the core competencies for an airline pilot such as flightpath management, situational awareness, problem solving, communication, or decision making.
All successful “Mentored Students” can avail of exclusive access to a fast-tracked recruitment process and will be placed on the first Type Rating course available. Students will be at a distinct advantage at the guaranteed Ryanair assessment as all training is in line with Ryanair SOPs. All candidates who are successful at the final Ryanair assessment will be offered a place on a Type Rating course and subsequent employment with Ryanair.
The APS MCC course lasts for 4 weeks and includes:

- 40 hours (5 days) of Classroom training in Dublin
- 10 simulator sessions + 1.5-hour pre-briefing and 1-hour de-briefing in Dublin
