To apply for the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy Programme, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

1. A minimum of 18 years of age
2. A good level of English – All training conducted in English
3. The ability to obtain an EASA Class 1 medical
4. Hold an EU passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU or hold a valid UK passport
5. To be able to produce a criminal record check (CRC) basic disclosure certificate

To be able to demonstrate successful completion of secondary or high school education (or equivalent)

The application and assessment consist of three stages:

• Verification of documents and suitability to join the programme; review of the filled-in Ryanair Future Flyer Academy application form
• Online psychometric and aptitude testing (Cut-e test)
• The final assessment day held at our headquarters in Lodz which consists of the Math and Physics test, evaluation of English language proficiency, group exercise and an individual interview with an aviation psychologist.

The total cost of the assessment is €320 and it is divided into two parts. The assessment cost is non-refundable.

1st stage – 120 EUR, due before the online assessment.

2nd stage (paid if the 1st stage is successfully passed) – 200 EUR due before starting the assessment day

Once you are shortlisted to proceed to the online assessment stage, the process starts immediately upon receiving the payment for the Cut-e test.

The final assessment stage at Bartolini Air is usually scheduled depending on the number of applicants and their availability. We usually organize one or two final assessment days monthly.

4. Treat It as a Job Interview:Approach the assessment with the same seriousness and professionalism you would bring to a job interview. Dress appropriately, be punctual, and be prepared to discuss your qualifications and experiences.
5. You can also use our partner,The Airline Pilot Club, for further preparation and support. They offer valuable resources and guidance tailored for aspiring pilots.

There might be a possibility of repeating the assessment; however, it is entirely at the school’s discretion and will depend on a particular case. Please note that a second assessment is not guaranteed. The assessment result is valid for six months.

We neither collect nor share that data. Our focus is on identifying motivated prospective students and evaluating each one individually.

The Price of the training is 79,990 EUR.

The price of the training is 64,900 EUR for candidates eligible to live and work in the UK (including those who hold pre-settled status).

Upon passing the initial assessment with Bartolini Air and enrolling in the training, you will receive a conditional Job Offer Letter directly from Ryanair.

Ryanair Future Flyer Academy students are eligible for Type Rating with no additional fees or salary deductions.nt airport for you. If necessary, we can also arrange pre- and post-flight transportation by road.

The student signs a training contract with Bartolini Air and receives a Conditional Job Offer from Ryanair. Upon completion of the training with Bartolini Air, an assessment with Ryanair is organized, after which the student signs the 737 Type Rating training contract with Ryanair. After completing Type and Line Training, the student and Ryanair will sign the work contract.

The initial assessment helps to ensure a 98% pass rate at the final Ryanair Cadet assessment. In the off chance that the student fails at the final Ryanair assessment, comprehensive feedback is provided to the partner ATO’s Head of Training and, subject to approval, additional training and support will be provided without additional costs to the student before completing a 2nd assessment with Ryanair, as soon as possible.

Training at Bartolini Air includes at least 856 hours of integrated theory lectures, 58 hours of additional theoretical courses (night VFR, IR preparation, Multi-Engine, UPRT), as well as 150 hours of flight training, including UPRT on an aerobatic aeroplane, and 70 hours of simulator training. Additionally, you will be provided with a uniform, kneeboard, plotter, logbook, necessary printouts, QRHs and VFR charts, access to Pad Pilot ebooks, access to our online record-keeping system, online manuals and materials for examination preparation, and the industry-leading Ryanair SOPs.

Boeing 737 Type Rating is organized directly by Ryanair.

We organize the assessment to ensure students have the skills required to comprehend ATPL material.

At Ryanair Future Flyer Academy, we take responsibility for any additional time you require throughout your training. Thus, if you pass the initial assessment and are accepted for the Programme, you will not need to pay for any additional training if you are fully available throughout the training.

The training does not include fees for the Civil Aviation Authority, costs related to the final exam, aircraft rental fees for the skill test, or accommodation costs.

The instalment plan looks as follows:

– 1^st instalment of EUR 27,990 paid one month before the training commencement

– 2^nd instalment of EUR 11,500 paid before starting Phase 1 of practical training

– 3^rd instalment of EUR 11,500 paid before starting Phase 2 of practical training

– 4th instalment of EUR 11,500 paid before starting Phase 3 of practical training

– 5^th instalment of EUR 11,500 paid before starting Phase 4 of practical training

– 6^th instalment of EUR 6,000 paid before starting Phase 6 of practical training

Yes, it is possible to join the Programme having already PPL(A). If you have at least 49 hours of total flight time, we can credit 24,5 hours and reduce the training price by EUR 4000.

The training lasts 18 to 24 months, depending on prevailing weather conditions, individual student predispositions and training progression, and other factors.

Ryanair organizes the Boeing 737 Type Rating after passing the final Ryanair Assessment, which usually takes 2-3 months to complete.

Students signing agreements with Ryanair are usually bonded for 4 or 5 years.

All the training is provided at our headquarters in Łódź (EPLL) and other training bases.

The training programme is structured in a manner that requires the cadet’s full availability.

Our students apply for EU funding from programs such as inwestujwrozwoj.pl ,  open.frp.pl , or  pożyczka na ształcenie PFP

These are interest-free loans, with partial cancellation after completing the training.

All successful students can avail of exclusive access to a fast-tracked recruitment process. Students will be at a distinct advantage at the guaranteed Ryanair assessment as all previous training aligns with Ryanair SOPs. All successful candidates at the final Ryanair assessment will be offered a place on a B737 Type Rating course and subsequent employment with Ryanair.
