Bartolini Air and Ryanair have formed a partnership in order to train pilots according to Ryanair standards and procedures to the level required to join the airline as second officers. The Ryanair Future Flyer Academy (formerly known as Ryanair Mentored Programme) is a training programme that allows individuals with little or no prior aviation experience to obtain a frozen ATPL licence and have a direct path to become future Ryanair pilots. It now includes a conditional job offer guarantee and a bonded Type Rating course.

The Ryanair Future Flyer Academy for Poland, Czechia and Hungary is associated with Buzz (a Polish business unit of the Ryanair Group) and is designed for EU citizens willing to become Ryanair Group pilots based in Eastern Europe.

EU, UK and Morocco
This course is designed for the citizens of the EU (except those who are willing to fly for Buzz and be based in Eastern Europe), United Kingdom and Morocco. It includes a bonded Type Rating in the initial price and a conditional job offer upon enrolment.
UK
If you are a UK citizen or you are otherwise eligible to live and work in the UK (this includes those who hold pre-settled status and all Irish citizens), and you agree to work based in the UK for 5 years, you can enjoy a special reduced price for the the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy. Upon completion, you will obtain an EASA or dual UK/EASA licence.
Morocco
If you are a Morocco citizen, as a graduate of the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy you may become a Ryanair pilot based in your home country. Most of the training takes place in the European Union, so candidates who do not have the right to live and work in the EU receive full assistance with the visa and training permit process.

Ab Initio
tailor-made for individuals with no previous aviation experience who want to become airline pilots within the shortest possible timeframe.

Modular
for candidates who have previous flight experience and want to complete their advanced training with the Future Flyer Academy. The course can be joined at very specific points called gateways.

All Ryanair Future Flyer Academy courses end with an Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation Course (APS MCC).
The next step is a Type Rating course, which is organised by Ryanair.
Only ab-initio and Modular Gateway 1 students receive a conditional job offer upon enrolment.
