Assessment Guide – Ryanair Future Flyer Academy Integrated Ab Initio
Below is the outline of the assessment process. Please read it carefully before starting and let us know if you have any questions. Then follow these instructions carefully.
Please note that once the assessment starts, some parts are time-sensitive; therefore, ensure you are ready and clearly understand what will be required of you. Ensure you have the time to complete each Stage. It is better to delay starting your assessment (filling out the initial form) until you are certain everything is set up and ready, rather than trying to figure it out as you go.
To start the application process, you must meet the following criteria
- You must be at least 17 years old
- Demonstrate successful completion of secondary or high school education (or equivalent).
To begin the whole process, please register on our eBart platform
Please note that you cannot change your Email nor Name and Surname after you create the account, so please make sure to use your Full Name and Surname and the correct email address.
Once the eBart account is created and confirmed, you will be added to the assessment tracker and receive an email confirming that your assessment process has started.
To access your assessment profile, you need to log in
to eBart, click the top right corner and select
“My Assessments”.
In My Assessments, you will find a “Chat with Assessment Team” button that allows you to message our assessment team directly if you encounter any issues or have any questions about the assessment process you are in.
Please use it as the official communication channel during your assessment process.
The Assessment consists of 4 modules:
- Initial Form
- AON CUT-E test
- Documents
- Final Day
All modules can be done consecutively. (ex. You can book your Final assessment day before you finish the AON CUT-E test and provide all necessary documents)
All modules are accessible only after you unlock them by paying for the assessment. The assessment costs 350 EUR, and it is non-refundable. Click “Unlock” to proceed with the payment.
Final Assessment Day slots are limited, so we recommend booking your Final Assessment Day as soon as you make the payment.
Below, you can find the instructions for each of the Assessment Modules
Initial Form
Fill the application form by clicking “Initial form RYR Ab Initio”
If you hold multiple citizenships and possess multiple passports, you must enter them in the “nationality” field of the application form, and put all passport numbers in the „passport number” field.
In Section D, “School Education History”, enter your high school/secondary education in Entry 1, and in Entry 2 (optional), enter your most recent education history.
As soon as your Initial form is completed and checked by our assessment team, the “Initial form RYR G1” button will turn green.
AON CUT-E test
AON CUT-E test access credentials will be sent to your email address once you unlock this assessment module, together with detailed instructions.
This stage consists of the psychometric online tests and three short video interview questions.
The candidate has 5 days to complete the test.
You should allow around 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the assessments in one sitting. You must complete your assessment within 48 hours of starting the first task.
To ensure the assessment runs smoothly, please check that you have the following:
- A computer (PC or laptop) with a reliable Internet connection (broadband connection with a download speed of at least 256kb/s is recommended), and a computer mouse.
- Pop-up blockers in your browser have been disabled as the assessment will open in a new window.
- During the tests, you must NOT click the 'back' button on your browser, press the 'F5' key on your keyboard, or refresh your browser page. If you do so, your test will be invalidated, you will be unable to finish, and your responses will not be saved.
- You only have one chance to record each video; keep that in mind before you start.
Once this step is completed, our recruitment team will download the results, and the “AON” button will turn green.
Documents
When you click on the “Documents” button, you will access the panel to upload your documents.
- Passport
- Ensure that the page containing all details is clearly visible and all data is readable; the passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
- The passport must be scanned in color.
- If you hold multiple citizenships and possess multiple passports, you must enter them into the application form. Please make sure to upload the scan of all of them and mention this in the form field „nationality”. Please note that a national ID is not considered a passport.
- CV
- Make sure your CV includes all relevant information, and, more importantly, detail what you were doing at least the last 5 years. CV needs a full history, including high school.
- CV must include everything from high school to present, and if high school was less than 5 years ago, it must go back at least 5 years as well.
- Everything must be presented in chronological order, with a precise timeline.
- The dates in your CV must be formatted as: from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY If it is still an ongoing activity, put: from DD/MM/YYYY to Present.
- Any gaps in your employment or education history longer than 28 days must be accounted for in your CV.
- It is acceptable to justify gaps with “seeking employment”, or “preparing for exams”/”summer vacation”.
- Please clearly indicate any time spent outside the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK) over the past five years. You will be asked to provide verifiable references later during the security background check.
- If you have never travelled outside the EU/UK, please include a statement in your CV indicating this.
- One of the provisions of the conditional job offer is that you must pass an enhanced security background check as an aviation professional. This information will be required later, but it must be provided now to prevent future issues. Ryanair will review your CV carefully, and if there are any doubts about your ability to pass an enhanced security background check before joining the airline, they will ask you to update it.
- Ensure your CV meets the criteria above, as this is the first part of the assessment. Your application will be reviewed and assessed by Ryanair.
- CV must include your picture. Do not forget to include the location for each study/employment entry in the CV; the country is sufficient.
- If you are a cabin crew member with multiple trips outside the EU/UK, please prepare an annex with a list of all your stays outside the EU/UK. In the CV, state that you are a cabin crew member, that you have made multiple trips outside the EU/UK, list all countries, include the details in the annex, and upload it as “other”.
- Keep descriptions short and to the point for each job and education. Less is more. The CV should be no more than one page. CVs longer than one page will not be accepted.
You can use our CV creator to build a CV.
Once the documents are uploaded, our assessment team will review each one and, if it meets the required criteria, approve it.
Please note that if any clarification or resubmission of documents is required, you will receive an email requesting it.
